Born under the name Jessica Lorelei Williams, she lived in New York City part of her life. Her parents were middle class people and involved with the U.S. Government as well. Laura Penelope Stevens, her mother, was a local police officer for the city of New York for 10years, and then she added to it beginning a part time career of teaching at Stanford University in C.T. and working with the Stamford Police Department. Her father, who she was the fondest of, was named Jonathan Leonardo Williams. He was a private Marine in the United States Military, until he was caught in an explosion and killed during the Persian Gulf War in 1989. Times were hard without her father by her side and she wanted to keep the memory of him alive, which is why once out of high school she went on Oxford University, and majored in Law, but dropped out after her freshman year. She was studying to be a lawyer, and was already extremely fluent in the ways of the law. She could recite and explain a large amount of laws for both local and national. Not too long after dropping out of Oxford she began working with her mother as a policeman. For months they were partners, and still are when not on other cases, until she was unexpectedly contacted by the government, and offered a dangerous, but beneficial job as an under cover agent in the CIA. She hesitantly agreed, and immediately her family was under the protection of the US government. She began immediately and within months of her 26th birthday she had taken down some of the most notorious criminals across the globe. For now she is still working, and traveling between, Stamford Police Department, New York Police Department and Los Angeles Police Department until important cases arise. As far as her involvements with the Germani family, she was originally assigned to go deep undercover and bring the family down. Since she was close friends with the eldest son before his death, it made it easy for her to get involve with them since she was trusted. However, she did not expect to become as close to the family as she has and now that she is, she helps keep them under the government's radar. This has made her a slightly dirty cop, but she does maintain some of her loyalty to her job and tries her best to keep the family from crossing paths with government officals whether they be local, national, or international.
